History: Megren lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Megren was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This malnourished woman wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her blonde hair is singed and shortened. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nurkara embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright father left him crippled. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and expand his business

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to protect his home

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Jak managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Rolf was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: He was born in the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
