History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Ront was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. She struck the Barber job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He wears a green Stetson hat and green clothes. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. He has white eyes and a green hat with a white feather.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Chem was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Kathra reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
