Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Tordek is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears dull green sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady black eyes.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now mingles about in high society.

She likes to wear blue tank tops with grey skirt. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes her a fraud

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Vapula abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Healer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
