History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Harvest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush

Description: A middle-aged man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze, and is pretty ugly. He has no crest. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
