History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Adelaide was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Adelaide's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Barkeep kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Tim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
