History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kadana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
