History: Sariel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sariel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Ilanis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Shoemaker soon after.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Ethereal was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns.
