Description: She wears a brown vest and prefers white and red shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Traulam is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Traulam was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has white hair. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a Priest, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a white tunic with grey highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Snafû took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Mella is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She comes from a rich western family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and money/treasure

She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Moon was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Merchant. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Roge's homeland. Roge decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
