History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is a Brewer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Brewer for the past few years.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Yurgunn was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hubert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Dondon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and halfling compassion

Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
