Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
