History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Leucis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mason arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Calcitro was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Calcitro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
