Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears long strands of sapphire and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is a Blacksmith first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sarah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Sarah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Andraste embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Andraste was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing her hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Zanna abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She struck the Courier job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over.
