History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Malquis was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Umpen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Umpen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
