Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
