Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
