Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His silver crest is knotted and matted. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Maagog was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Maagog's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Maagog and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: This tall, slender man wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and doesn't want to be a adventurer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is lean but muscular and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His scarlet crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a strong sense of loyalty to tabaxi people

Description: This southern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Melech hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He carries with him a set of greatswords on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Rimple wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rimple fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Gildmak's homeland. Gildmak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
