History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Leaf was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: Naeris lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Naeris and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
