Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Eran was born with her father's beautiful face. When Eran reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Efferil was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with grey slacks. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.
History: He was born in the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Trynnicus took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Fax was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
