History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Quarethon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here.
