History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After months of barely getting by, Oriax managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nikki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Sweet was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Patrin was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has gold crest. Her eyes are red and beady.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alberich grew up listening to his father's many stories. Alberich abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
