Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has wavy silver hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Tethren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
