Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by her family

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Serpent learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His white fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and many giants want him driven away

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Ivellios learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
