History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His white eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. A true patriot, Paymon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
