Description: He stands about 5'3" and dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a violet feather.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Himo embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Himo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his long yellow fur kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shipwright business.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker mother left her crippled. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Egelina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Egelina took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Scribe for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Grai was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by her family

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Traubon was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
