History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vonana grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor
