Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She usually wears her black robe and has her lance always slung over her shoulder. She has wavy red hair. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Vola was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Vola was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Slave Trader. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Description: He wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and red pants. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Delg was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This tall, slender man sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Traubon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Traubon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in a small island village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a white tunic with grey highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ugarth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ugarth. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Helja is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Helja was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Helja was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
