History: Armara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Morthos was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: Gorga was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.
