Through the years after Hecat was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hecat's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
