History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born into a rich family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Shivering and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and money/treasure

Personality: Eran speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Through the years after Eran was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Eran's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Eran and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Paymon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. History: Sun was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name.
