Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his father before him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Merla wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Merla never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Performer, but she got bored and became a Courier. She struck the Courier job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Elysande embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. After a long history of fighting, Elysande and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Half-Orc compassion.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
