Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Abalaba isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a Carter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Maynild has worked very hard to control her curse. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now mingles about in high society.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has worked as a Cook like his father before him.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Naill was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he loathes his own lifestyle
