History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a red collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nelkin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nelkin took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His brown hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Ishgha was born with his mother's beautiful face. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her childhood dream was to be a Servant, but she was a colossal failure. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He very much looks the part of a Priest. His fur is black and very short. His eyes are yellow and beady.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the west to a Priest, Drifting learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Drifting was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Drifting decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a Priest soon after.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and further expansion of business

Description: She is wearing a long, tan cloak. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Roywyn would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When Roywyn reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'3". She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is purple and very short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He sports a flattop crest cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Greethen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
