History: Jarsali was born with her mother's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
