Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a green vest and prefers brown and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is purple and very short. His eyes are likewise red.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Valafar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His silver hair is still thick. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Flogg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent mother

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mortician. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shield with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. He has wavy blonde hair. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Erevan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The war was a terrible time for him, and Erevan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: This light-skinned male wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is blonde and curly. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Enialis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Enialis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
