Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
