When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
