Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.

Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Ovak was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ovak's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Bernard began to lead the lost caravan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a Blacksmith first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bagabug studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Quespa is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
