Description: A 6'3" southern man, he prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His blue crest is smooth and relatively long. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Trail was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Hamil hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She is a Shepherd first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
