History: Fabien lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Personality: Emmeline is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Osco isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Osco was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Osco abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Cartwright and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanchu fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
