Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She keeps her brass crest in a pixie cut. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vezera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A true patriot, Mary would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Mary was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Jeweler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson black hat.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Gerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: 3'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zook grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Glim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
