Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Shamil lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. After a long history of fighting, Rhogar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Painter. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and expand her business

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
