Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears suspenders and green workpants. Her shirt is yellow, and she wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Lilith lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lilith fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Rose was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Gadreel was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Serpent was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A friendly and beautiful Half-Orc, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She prefers to wear green clothing when she does not wear armor. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her white crest is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Dentratha is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Dentratha does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dentratha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Sculptor and found it very stressful. She struck the Sculptor job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: Aline was born with her father's beautiful face. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, marred by chocolates. She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are violet.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
