Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Thervan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Healer for the past few years.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with red slacks. His fur is brown and very short. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Emerald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
