History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hamil grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
