Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and to clean up the streets

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is dressed in an above average manner. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Grumbar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Dragonborn compassion.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His brown fur is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Tricking was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Merchant. He has worked as a Merchant like his mother before him.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 4'9". She wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. Her blonde hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Helen took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
