Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Miller, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Nirgel was taken on many hunting expeditions. Nirgel liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spy. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
