Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are white.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Zepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: An older woman who wears suspenders and pastel workpants. Her shirt is blue, and she wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time, she is not a threatening figure. Her long red fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born in a small mountains village. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: This late middle aged man wears professional attire and is in decent physical shape. His purple hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Raam is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Raam was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Panana would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born into a rich family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. After a long history of fighting, Panana and her spouse have recently divorced.

He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Gargax speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A true patriot, Gargax would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Gargax was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gargax's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Kelter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his halberd, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Blacksmith born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has taken up work as a Blacksmith and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
