Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He has a hunchback. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. After coming to the age of reason, Ea took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Werydd was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fortune-teller. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Werydd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a spear on her belt. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Kansif is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Sage mother left her crippled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in the east to a Carter, Kilvar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mordai grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
