Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Bather does. Her white hair is thinning but still full. She has white eyes and a black hat with a red feather.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Gifted from a young age, Nija studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Eridred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available she will default to her hammer. She carries a battered halberd and tarnished hammer as well. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a very tight haircut. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ivellios was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Gifted from a young age, Salanop studied abroad. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Zûgor enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. One day when Zûgor was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Zûgor was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zûgor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
