History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
